A Debt Repaid Walkthrough
Begin the Quest by speaking to the pirate Kato in Backwater at the Forsaken Coast. Ask her, "Looking for someone?" She'll describe Flinn, her crewmate, who she has to find before they leave. This will activate the Quest and highlight your next objective location which will be just to the north of your current location, leading to the Exile's Heap, still in the Forsaken Coast. Kato will follow you there.
- Find Flinn
Head to the east of the circle to find him. He'll be sitting along the shore, but not as the man Kato knows him anymore.
- Slay Flinn
Flinn has joined the ranks of the Drowned, and will now be an Elite Enemy. He will have the Frozen Affix, so be careful of the ice blasts that he'll create around the field.
- Speak with Kato
Kato will stop following you after the fight. Approach her and ask, "That Drowned was Flinn?" She doesn't seem to be perturbed about the incident. This will complete the quest.
