Abhorrent Iron Maiden is an Upgrade Necromancer Skill in Diablo 4. Abhorrent Iron Maiden allows Necromancers to upgrade Enhanced Iron Maiden. It heals Necromancers when an enemy dies while being afflicted by Iron Maiden. By selecting this upgrade, Necromancers are unable to select Horrid Iron Maiden

Abhorrent Iron Maiden belongs to the Necromancer class Skill Tree, and is part of the Curse Cluster.
Players have to spend a point on Enhanced Iron Maiden in order to be able to unlock Abhorrent Iron Maiden.
It is an improved version of Enhanced Iron Maiden. Enhanced Necromancer Skills, apply to the base Active skills, and Upgraded Necromancer Skills, require players to have the enhanced version in order to be acquired. It is important to note that players may choose one of the two available upgrades per skill, but it is not possible to select both of them. Once one is chosen, the other becomes impossible to select.
