Bestial Rampage is a Druid Key Passive in Diablo 4. Bestial Rampage allows Druids to gain Attack Speed or increased damage after being in Werewolf or Werebear form for a certain duration.
NOTE: Attack Speed Bonus increased from 20% to 25% and Damage Bonus increased from 20% to 30% in Patch 1.0.3

Bestial Rampage belongs to the last cluster, and players may only choose one Key Passive at a time. Key Passives provide very powerful bonuses and cannot be upgraded. Key Passives grant a great Passive effect that affects the entire Build of the Character.
