Blood Bishop is a Boss in Diablo 4. Blood Bishop is located at Akkhan's Grasp, Fetid Mausoleum, Hallowed Ossuary, Immortal Emanation, and Heathen's Keep. Blood Bishop is a semi-humanoid boss, whose form is made to look similar to an anatomical heart, shown vaguely by its shape, and more prominently by its appendages and areas of its body that look like small veins. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

Diablo 4 Blood Bishop Strategy Writeup
The Blood Bishop's attacks are fairly telegraphed, and while it has five segments of health to whittle down, it only does four different attacks. The overall strategy to defeat it is to keep yourself moving - use abilities and actions that do damage while keeping yourself mobile if you have any.
When it uses its long-ranged projectiles, they will hone in on your for a time but will eventually drop to the ground, so dodge them while pathing towards the boss for a counterattack. This boss also doesn't have any way of guarding or creating a shield or barrier for itself, so any time it charges up for an attack, like winding up before grabbing you with its appendages or plunging them into the ground to create its Blood Clot Mines, you can dish out some damage. Just make sure to move at the right time to dodge the actual attacks.
The Blood Clot Mines can easily be destroyed by any attack before they explode, so attacks that are able to hit both the Blood Bishop and the orbs at the same time are recommended.
Once the Blood Bishop has been defeated, he will drop Gold and at least 1-2 random gear and 2 rare gear.
Attacks & Counters

Projectile - Vollet: Blood Bishop will shoot multiple energy blasts from small clouds it conjures up. | Move out of the way until the projectiles hit the ground or disappear. |
Blood Clot Mines: Blood Bishop will plunge its vein-like appendages into the ground to spawn four red orbs around the battlefield, which will explode after a certain amount of time. | Destroy the orbs before they explode. Otherwise, keep away from the orbs. |
Bloodsucker: Blood Bishop will raise its appendages before thrusting them toward you to grab you and keep you immobilized while it deals constant damage for a period of time while simultaneously healing itself. | Dodge before the appendages hit you. |
