Diablo 4 Bloodsoaked Crag Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Bloodied Plateau. This is a large dungeon with numerous transitions between different areas, and the number of enemies can be overwhelming, so it is best to have a crowd-control skill equipped for this run. Be careful of large monsters such as the Flesh Mauler as they can stun you, this can lead to your immediate death if you are in a room full of enemies as they can swarm you when you are vulnerable. You are first tasked with freeing six prisoners in the area and just like other prisoner-freeing objectives, some of the prisoners you will find are already dead, but you would still need to interact with them to lay them to rest. Continue following the main path up north and find the prisoners, you will see them marked on your mini-map with the white icon.
Once you've completed the first objective, two Hell Drinkers will spawn in the area, these are elite monsters that you will need to kill in order to proceed to the next area. Once you've slain the elite monsters, go through the dispelled barrier and drop down Corpse Pass, then make your way to the Vile Encampment. This area is larger than the previous one, and you will have to traverse the area using different traversal methods such as hanging on tight ropes to reach the other side. Once you reach the area, you are then tasked with collecting Animus from Animus Carriers. The Animus Carriers are marked with the skull icon on your mini-map, and these enemies will have the "Animus Carrier" labeled under their name. Slay them and collect the Animus they drop. Once you've collected enough, you need to deposit them to the Animus Urn to dispel the barrier leading to the boss area.
Once you deposit the Animus, make sure to recover HP if needed by interacting with the Healing Well beside the entrance. Once you enter the Flesh Pit, you will now face off against the dungeon boss, the Chief Marauder. This boss isn't much of a problem as most of its moves are relatively slow, and it only has one ranged attack where he slams his axe on the ground and creates a wave of slash in the area in front of him. You can easily defeat this boss if you keep your distance or go around him as he swings his weapon. Once you've defeated the Chief Marauder, the dungeon is completed.
