Deals Physical DamageCharge is a Barbarian Skill in Diablo 4. Charge allows Barbarians to rush forward and push enemies, dealing damage and knocking them back.
NOTE: Enhanced Charge's base damage dealt to enemies Knocked Back into terrain increased from 15% to 30% in Patch 1.0.3
Charge Diablo 4 Information
Charge belongs to the Barbarian class Skill Tree, and is part of the Brawling Cluster.
Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.
Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.
Charge Effects in Diablo 4
Charge can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Charge will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:
Rank 1:
- Damage
X [250%] - Cooldown 17
Rank 2:
- Damage X [275%]
- Cooldown 16.15
Rank 3:
- Damage X [300%]
- Cooldown 15.3
Rank 4:
- Damage X [325%]

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Charge
You can Enhance Charge to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Charge: Enemies who are Knocked Back into terrain by Charge take X [150%] damage and are Stunned for 3 seconds.
After enhancing Charge, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Mighty Charge: Damaging enemies with Charge makes them Vulnerable for 2 seconds.
- Power Charge: Reduce Charge's Cooldown by 3 seconds for each enemy it hits, up to 9 seconds. Charging a Boss reduces the Cooldown by 6 seconds.
Enhancements and Upgrades are represented by diamond shaped icons in the Skill Tree menu
