Important: Legendary Aspects that are imprinted from the Codex of Power always have the lowest possible roll. For instance, if you imprint a Legendary Aspect that has a range of [15-30]% chance to deal Thorns damage to all enemies around you, the imprinted value will always be the minimum of 15%. This means that the power of the Legendary Aspect will be reduced by half compared to its maximum potential.

Does the D4 Codex of Power contain all Legendary Aspects
The Diablo IV Codex of Power does not contain all the Aspects from every Legendary item in the game. Some Legendary Aspects can only be obtained through traditional means, such as slaying demons repeatedly to obtain Legendary Items. Then, you can extract these Legendary Aspects at The Occultist.
