Consumed by Pride is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Consumed by Pride can be found at the Crane Tribe Hutmoot in the Untamed Scarps in Dry Steppes. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on your level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.

Objectives
- Search for the missing Crane Tribe barbarians
- Investigate the Mutilated Barbarian
- Return to Ealda with news of the barbarian's fate
Consumed by Pride Walkthrough
Begin the Quest by speaking to the Chieftain of the Crane Tribe, Ealda in the Crane Tribe Hutmoot on the northern area of the Untamed Scarps. Ask "What's happened?" She will explain that some of her warriors are missing, and how they've fought the cannibals for some time now. This will activate the Quest and highlight your next objective location which will be south of your current location, still within the Untamed Scarps. The area should be indicated on your map by a blue circle.
- Search for the missing Crane Tribe barbarians
Head to the southeast part of the indicated circle to find a small tent, a cart and some barrels, and a Mutilated Barbarian.
- Investigate the Mutilated Barbarian
After you close the description of the corpse, two Blood-craze Barbarian will appear behind you.
- Return to Ealda with news of the barbarian's fate
Head back to the Crane Tribe Hutmoot to find Ealda in the middle of a confrontation. Tell her "I found the missing barbarians. They turned to Cannibalism." It seems her tribesmen have learned of a new way to honor their ancestors, and Ealda does not agree, This will complete the quest.
