Dark Omens is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Dark Omens can be found at Scosglen. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Dark Omens Walkthrough

At the end of An Unforseen Visit, Donan asks you to visit him at his estate where he'll tell you more about an incident that took place there. Follow the quest marker to Firebreak Manor just north of Eldhaime Keep. When you reach the fields, your objective will change to talk to Steward Wilfred. Find and speak to him by the front gate of the manor. He'll point you towards the study, then head into the manor. Before making your way to the study, you're free to explore the main floor. You'll find a book on a bed in the bedroom on the right. When you're ready to proceed, head down the stairs and enter Donan's Study [Diablo 4 Map Link].

Downstairs, head further into the room and interact with Lilith's Blood Petals. You'll be given a vision of what transpired in the study. After the cutscene ends, you'll hear some noise coming from upstairs. Get ready for a fight, then head up. Within the manor, you'll have to defeat three Blood Clan Marauder and two Blood Clan Mauler. Outside, you'll have to fight even more Blood Clan goatmen, including an Elite Blood Clan Impaler and an Elite Blood Clan Mauler.

Once you've cleaned the manor up, speak to Donan in the fields outside the manor. After your conversation ends, you'll be rewarded with 7,953 XP and 1,200 Gold, and the next two quests, Encroaching Shadows and Feral Nature, will begin.
