Decrepify is a Necromancer Skill in Diablo 4. Decrepify allows Necromancers to curse a designated area. This slows and and weakens enemies in that area for 10 seconds. It costs 10 essence.
Decrepify Diablo 4 Information
Decrepify belongs to the Necromancer class Skill Tree, and is part of the Curse Cluster.
Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.
Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.
Decrepify Effects in Diablo 4
Decrepify can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Decrepify will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:
Rank 1:
- Slow40.0%
- Damage Reduction 20.0%
Rank 2:
- Slow43.0%
- Damage Reduction 20.9%
Rank 3:
- Slow45.8%
- Damage Reduction 22.0%
Rank 4:
- Slow48.5%

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Decrepify
You can Enhance Decrepify to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Decrepify: Lucky Hit: Enemies hit while afflicted with Decrepify have up to a 10% chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.
After enhancing Decrepify, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Abhorrent Decrepify: Lucky Hit: Enemies hit while afflicted with Decrepify have up to a 15% chance to reduce your active Cooldowns by 1 second.
- Horrid Decrepify: When you or your Minions hit an enemy afflicted with Decripìfy below 10% Life, they are instantly killed. Does not work on Bosses.
Enhancements and Upgrades are represented by diamond shaped icons in the Skill Tree menu

Probably the best necromancer skill for minion builds outside of Corpse Tendrils.
This bad boi reduces enemy damage, slows, gives a chance to stun and reduce cooldowns. On top of that there are passives that make enemies take extra damage when cursed. Making this perfect for minions. Especially the Reapers.

Nice support skill. Got a significant edge after integrating it. We need more skill slots though.

Why wouldn't you stack health and overpower instead of crit? Blood surge scales with both.
Do we know how this works with bosses? I mean I know the cc affects it has will increase the stagger bar, but can bosses still be affected by things like the damage reduction or Abhorrent Decrepify? just so we know if Blood Moon Breeches (enemies affected by at least 1 of your curses takes increased overpower damage from you) works.
