How to complete Deserted Underpass in Diablo 4

- Travel to the Slithering Grounds.

Diablo 4 Deserted Underpass Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Webbed Caverns. Drop down the ledge and continue following the main path. You are first tasked with slaying all enemies within the Webbed Caverns. Pay attention to the red dots marked on your mini-map, it indicates the enemies' current location. You'll face a variety of Spiders and Nangari in the area. You will also encounter some elite enemies along the way, they're marked with the skull icon on your mini-map. Once you've slain a certain amount of enemies, a number will appear next to your current objective with how many enemies left you need to kill. Once you've cleared the area, make your way to the Slithering Grounds.
Once you reach the area, continue following the main path. You'll then see a Healing Well along the way, you can use it if you need to recover HP. Now you need to destroy three Ward of Eyes. From the Healing Well, head northeast and follow the main path, try to kill enemies along the way so they don't follow you all the way through when you reach one of the Ward of Eyes. You'll see the Ward of Eyes on your mini-map marked with the white icon. They're considered an elite enemy that shoots out poison projectiles, they're also guarded by multiple enemies, so be careful not to get swarmed. Once you've destroyed all three Ward of Eyes, the dungeon is completed.

- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has its own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
