Devouring Blaze is a Sorceress Skill in Diablo 4. Devouring Blaze increases Critical Strike Damage against burning enemies. This bonus is increased further if those enemies are also immobilized. You have to spend at least a point in Inner Flames to be able to spend a point in Devouring Blaze
NOTE: Bonus Critical Strike damage reduced from 10/20/30% to 7/14/21%, and bonus Critical Strike damage to Immobilized reduced from 25/50/75% to 10/20/30% as of Patch 1.1.0a.
