Diablo 4 Earthen Wound Walkthrough
Once you enter the dungeon, follow the path ahead and defeat enemies along your way. You'll then come across the first Corpse Gate, destroy the gate to proceed to the next area. Go to the next area and then activate the Channeling Shrine to activate a buff that will make your skills cost no resource and have a reduced cooldown, this will make it easier for you to mow down enemies along the way. From here, there are two paths ahead of you, the one on the left leads you to a Hostage event where you will have to survive the enemy assault until the time runs out. There are three hostages in the area but you need to at least keep one hostage alive to complete the event. The path on the right is the main path, you can completely ignore the hostage event and proceed to the right since the hostage event is optional. Once you proceed, don't immediately cross through the bridge, as rocks will start falling from above, wait it out while dealing with the other enemies before you cross the bridge. Continue following the main path until you encounter the 2nd Corpse Gate and destroy it to proceed to the next area. Go through the destroyed gate and head northwest until you come across the last Corpse Gate and destroy it.
Now go through the gate, head northwest, and follow the path until you reach the Festering Ruins. Once you reach the area, you will need to collect enough Animus Carriers, you will notice some enemies will have the "Animus Carriers" under their name. Defeat them and collect the Animus Carriers until the meter is completely filled, you will see this meter on the upper right corner of the screen, just below the minimap. Once you've collected enough Animus Carriers, you will need to deposit them to the Animus Urn, you will see it marked on your map.
After depositing the Animus Carriers to the Animus Urn, go through the path that is unlocked ahead, proceed and you will then face the Chief Marauder in the Bleeding Pit. This boss isn't much of a problem as most of its moves are relatively slow, and it only has one ranged attack where he slams his axe on the ground and creates a wave of slash in the area in front of him. You can easily defeat this boss if you keep your distance or go around him as he swings his weapon. Once you've defeated the Chief Marauder, the dungeon is completed.
