Effect Runes | Diablo 4 Wiki

Effect Runes in Diablo 4 are one of the two kind of Runes that can be found on the game. Effect Runes provide powerful effects while active, but require the conditions on a Condition Rune to be met. Combining similar Effect Runes and Condition Runes can help the player to increase the effectiveness of a playstyle or to reinforce a weak area of his build.
