Fallen is an Enemy in Diablo 4. Fallen can be found at Garan Brae. Enemies are hostile NPCs that players can defeat to obtain loot, gain experience, advance through the history and complete Quests.

Enemy Description

• Fallen are small red demons that attack in big groups to overcome their enemies. They are usually accompanied by Fallen Shamans and Fallen Overseers

Combat Information

• They will aggro from a great distance and try to overrun the player with their numbers. They are weak and deal low damage but can be effective at blocking the players movement and protecting other enemies.
