How to complete Fetid Mausoleum in Diablo 4
Fetid Mausoleum can be completed by doing:
- Return to the Bloodstone to the Pedestal: 2
- Travel to the Halls of the Plagued
- Destroy the Corpse Pile: 3
- Travel to the Blighted Tomb
- Defeat the Blood Bishop

Diablo 4 Fetid Mausoleum Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Neglected Charnel. Your first objective is to look for two Bloodstones and return them to the pedestals. The bloodstones are marked with the white icon on your mini-map, do note that you can only carry one at a time. Picking up another Bloodstone will drop the initial one you picked up. Once you've returned both bloodstones to the pedestals, the sealed door leading to the next area will be unlocked. Go through the door and make your way down the Halls of the Plagued. Once you reach the area, your next objective is to find and destroy three Corpse Piles. These Corpse Piles are structures considered as elite enemies, they will be scattered around the second area of the dungeon but will be marked on your mini-map. Do note that they will be guarded by multiple monsters when found, and they can summon another elite monster once they reach a certain HP threshold.
After destroying all three Corpse Piles, the door leading to the boss will be unlocked. Before entering the room, make sure to recover HP by interacting with the Healing Well beside the entrance. Once you enter the room and make your way down the Blighted Tomb, you'll face off against the dungeon boss, the Blood Bishop. This boss can be a bit difficult to deal with. You need to watch out for the projectiles that shoot out from the violet fog that appears in front of the bishop. Once you see the fog appear, make sure to distance yourself and start moving around to avoid the projectiles. It can also grab you with its long tentacles, it can be tricky to dodge and once it gets ahold of you, it will start leeching your life. It also has the ability to summon flesh boils in the area that will explode after a while. Make sure to destroy the boils being summoned in the area as they can heavily damage you with their explosion. After successfully defeating the Blood Bishop, the dungeon is completed.

- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has its own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
