Flickering Frost Bolt is an Upgrade Sorceress Skill in Diablo 4. Flickering Frost Bolt applies the Vulnerable effect to Frozen enemies for 3 seconds, increasing the damage they take from all sources, making it easier to capitalize on the Vulnerable effect with other abilities or attacks.

Flickering Frost Bolt belongs to the Sorceress class Skill Tree, and is part of the Basic Cluster.
It is an improved version of Enhanced Frost Bolt. Enhanced Sorceress Skills, apply to the base Active skills, and Upgraded Sorceress Skills, require players to have the enhanced version in order to be acquired. It is important to note that players may choose one of the two available upgrades per skill, but it is not possible to select both of them. Once one is chosen, the other becomes impossible to select.
