Frenzy is a Barbarian Skill in Diablo 4. Frenzy is a rapid series of attacks that deals damage with each hit. If Frenzy hits an enemy, your attack speed will be increased for a short time, making it easier to chain together more attacks and deal even more damage.

Frenzy Diablo 4 Information

Frenzy belongs to the Barbarian class Skill Tree, and is part of the Basic Cluster.

Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.

Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.

Frenzy Effects in Diablo 4

Frenzy can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Frenzy will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:

Rank 1:

• Damage X [20%]

Rank 2:

• Damage X [22%]

Rank 3:

• Damage X [24%]

Rank 4:

• Damage X [26%]

Rank 5:

• Damage X [28%]

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Frenzy

You can Enhance Frenzy to add the following effects:

• Enhanced Frenzy: While Frenzy is granting 60%[+] bonus Attack Speed, it also generates 2 additional Fury. 

After enhancing Frenzy, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:

• Combat Frenzy: You gain 8% Damage Reduction for each stack of Frenzy you currently have.
• Battle Frenzy: While Berserking, your other Skills gain 5%[+] Attack Speed for each stack of Frenzy you have.
