Gloom is a Necromancer Skill in Diablo 4. Gloom increases shadow damage received from you and your minions for 2 seconds to enemies that have been damaged by Darkness Skills. You have to spend a point in Reaper's Pursuit in order to be able to spend a point in Gloom
