Diablo 4 Heretics Asylum Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Overthrown Detention. Your first objective is to collect Animus from Animus Carriers. Animus Carriers are elite monsters you'll have to slay and collect the Animus from. They will be marked with the skull icon on your mini-map. Do note that you'll encounter other monsters along the way as you look for these Animus Carriers. Once you've collected enough Animus, deposit them to the Animus Urn to unlock the sealed door leading to the next area of the dungeon. Go through the door and make your way to the Intensive Treatment. Once you reach the area, your next objective is to look for an elite monster called Scar Gundror, slay them, and loot the Maximum Security Key off its corpse. This elite monster will be marked with the skull icon as well.
After slaying Scar Gundror and retrieving the key, make your way to the Maximum Security gate and use the key to open it. This will lead you inside the boss room. Before you enter the room, make sure to recover HP if needed by interacting with the Healing Well beside the entrance. Once you enter the room, you'll face off against the Knight Council. The Knight Council is a three-man boss comprised of the Grand Inquisitor, the Sacred Physician, and the Lord Commander. Each possesses unique abilities and combat styles, with the Grand Inquisitor excelling in close-quarters combat, while the other two bosses wield potent spells. It is advisable to prioritize defeating the spellcasting bosses before engaging the Grand Inquisitor, as their ranged attacks pose a significant threat. Thankfully, the Grand Inquisitor's sluggish movements provide you with an opportunity to outmaneuver them while focusing your attention on the remaining bosses. After successfully slaying the Knight Council, the dungeon is completed.
