Diablo 4 Iron Hold Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Awoken Cells. Your first objective is to look for the Malevolent Spector, slay it, and retrieve the Jailer's Key. The Malevolent Spector is an elite monster with three buffs under its name making it a dangerous foe. This elite monster is marked with a skull icon on your mini-map. Once you've slain the Malevolent Spector, loot the Jailer's Key off its corpse and use it to open the Locked Door. Go through the door and continue following the main path. You'll eventually enter a room that requires you to survive the enemy attack for 30 seconds in order to dispel the barrier that's blocking your path.
Exit the room and make your way down the Halls of Malice. Upon reaching the area, you'll be tasked with finding two Bloodstones and returning them to the pedestals. This second area of the dungeon is quite big and it'll require you to explore most of its rooms. Do note that you can only pick up one Bloodstone at a time, and picking up if you're currently carrying one will result in dropping the initial Bloodstone you've picked up. Once you've returned both the Bloodstones to the pedestals, the sealed door will unlock. Make sure to recover HP by interacting with the Healing Well before entering the room.
Now enter the room and make your way inside the Heinous Confines, this is where you'll face off against the dungeon boss, the Scourge of the Land. This boss has a variety of attacks. Its basic ones consist of slamming his mace twice on the ground, this attack leaves a red pool that can later summon other enemies to aid him in battle. Its wide swing can be easily dodged, he swings his mace twice horizontally in a wide cone arch. It also has the ability to spew fire from its mouth in a narrow beam. Once you've successfully slain the Scourge of the Land, the dungeon is completed.

Iron Hold Notes & Tips
- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has its own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
- Many consider Iron Hold one of the best Legendary farming areas of the game, since in the second part of the Dungeon, (the bloodstone pedestal part), you will find many Elite enemies cramped in small areas. A good way to farm in Iron Hold is to play the dungeon, up until that point, kill the elites, obtain the loot, and then leave the Dungeon. Restart Diablo 4, thus resetting dungeon progress, and do it all again.
