Ultimate  Cooldown: 45 seconds Lucky Hit Chance: 40% Activate three times to attach chains to each ofyour weapons and perform an attack: First your Two-Handed Bludgeoning weapon slams into the ground, dealing X [60%] damage and Stunning enemies for 2 seconds. Second your Two-Handed Slashing weapon swipes in front of you, dealing X [20%] damage and inflicting X [120%] Bleeding damage over 5 seconds. Iron Maelstrom is a Barbarian Skill in Diablo 4. Iron Maelstrom unleash a three-part attack with different effects using your Two-Handed Bludgeoning, Two-Handed Slashing, and Dual Wield weapons.

NOTE: Cooldown reduced from 60 to 45 seconds, Prime Iron Maelstrom Bonus Critical Strike Chance increased from 10% to 30% and Prime Iron Maelstrom Bonus Critical Strike Damage increased from 20% to 40% in Patch 1.0.3

Iron Maelstrom belongs to the Barbarian class Skill Tree, and is part of the Ultimate Cluster.

Ultimate Skills belong to the Ultimate Cluster of the Skill Tree. Active Ultimate Skills Rank cap at Rank 1, but players can still Enhance them and Upgrade them with extra Skill Points. You can only select 1 Ultimate Skill. 

Ultimate Skills are represented in big square icons in the Skill Tree menu, just as Active Skills do.

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Iron Maelstrom

You can Enhance Iron Maelstrom to add the following effects:

• Prime Iron Maelstrom: Iron Maelstrom gains 30% [+] increased Critical Strike Chance and deals 40% [x] increased Critical Strike damage.

After enhancing Iron Maelstrom, you can also Upgrade it further to get the following effects according to the upgrade you chose:

• Supreme Iron Maelstrom: Dealing direct damage to an enemy after swapping weapons reduces Iron Maelstrom's Cooldown by 1 second.
