Kehjistan is a Region in Diablo 4. Kehjistan is rich in abandonded ruins, guarded by rising cultits. There are five different Regions in Diablo 4, Kehjistan is one of them alongside, Dry Steppes, Hawezar, Scosgen and Fractured Peaks. Each region has a distinctive feel, as well as different environments, and themes.
Information about Kehjistan
As we’ve seen from previous visits to Alcarnus and Caldeum, the desert shadows of Kejhistan make excellent cover for a group of rising cultists. They quietly plumb abandoned ruins, seeking power to aid the return of the ancient Prime Evils.
Kehjistan Region Progress
While you adventure through Kehjistan, completing diverse tasks and exploring, you will earn Renown Points. By reaching certain Renown thresholds in Kehjistan, you will earn more and more benefits such as more gold, increased XP or even bonus Skill Points.

Within the Dunes of Sorrow sub-are of the Kehjistan region lies the Alcarnus stronghold that is recommended for players with the level of 50 and above. Your task here will be investigate The Lair of the Witch and slay the enemies along the way. [Map Link]
Altar of Ruin
Lost for centuries, legends speak of a malefic temple of great evil.
The stronghold called Altar of Ruin is situated on the east of the Amber Sands sub-region in the Kehjistan region, best for level 45 and above players. You are tasked to explore the cavern and unlock the Ritual Chamber.
Omath's Redoubt
The stench of death and decay lingers heavily over this devastated battlefield.
Kehjistan is a region in Diablo 4, and on the southeast of the Gea Kul sub-region lies the stronghold, Omath's Redoubt. A stronghold that is suitable for players with level 47 and above. You're objective here is to investigate Omath's Redoubt and discover the source of the devastation. [Map Link]
