Legacy of the Magi is a Priority Quest in Diablo 4. Legacy of the Magi can be found at Fractured Peaks and, once completed, unlocks the Enchantment System for the Sorceress. Priority Quests are important side content missions that unlock specific content, such as item upgrading, potion upgrading or event Class Mechanics for each of the five available Classes.

Find Mordarin, and talk to him. He can be found at Icehowl Taiga, at the Fractured Peaks
Recover the Forgotten Codex. It can be found at the Lost Archives dungeon. [Map Link] It can be found inside a chest.
Return to Mordarin
Enter the abandoned shack with Mordarin and light all 4 Braziers. Then, speak with Mordarin.
Win the fight, talk to Mordarin again, and grab the forgotten codex.
