Light's Guidance is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Light's Guidance can be found at Kyovashad. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Light's Guidance Walkthrough

At the end of The Cost of Knowledge, Neyrelle asks you to obtain some blessed blood so she can complete the ritual her mother started. Return to the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad and head up the stairs. Though Reverend Mother Prava isn't in at the moment, you can speak to Iosef to find her whereabouts. He points you towards Kor Valar, and this ends the quest. You'll receive 2,496 XP and 640 Gold. Kor Valar, the next quest unlocks afterwards.
