Mythic Unique Weapons are powerful and rare Weapons in Diablo 4, Mythic Unique weapons can be farmed from several Bosses such as Duriel, King of Maggots, Echo of Andariel, and Maiden of Anguish, as well as all tormented versions of endgame bosses, they can be obtained through world drops but is extremely rare and difficult to farm them this way. Additionally, each unique item has its own background flavor text, adding to its individuality and Lore.

Obtaining Mythic Unique Items in Diablo 4
Mythic Unique Items can be obtained through Tormented Bosses, Duriel, Knig of Maggots, Echo of Andariel, and Maiden of Anguish. They only have 5 chances to drop a Mythic Unique item with 1.5% each time, this also means you will have chances to obtain multiple Mythics at a time. All Mythic Unique Items will always drop an Item Power of 925 and will always drop with a maximum roll range on affixes, while also being able to drop with Greater Affixes much like Unique items can.
You will also be able to obtain Mythic Unique Items at World Drops, however, enemies will have to be at a level 55 or above and can also drop at places you will also get a regular Unique item. Each Mythic Unique Item dropped during World Drops will also always be an Item Power of 925. Some Mythic Unique Items can only be dropped for specific classes.
Crafting Mythic Unique Items in Diablo 4
Mythic Unique Items can be crafted by using 4 Respledant Sparks, the only ways to get this crafting material is to salvage other Mythic Unique Items that you have no use for, and by beating Tormented versions of endgame Bosses for the first time as a reward.
