Ossified Essence belongs to the last cluster, and players may only choose one Key Passive at a time. Key Passives provide very powerful bonuses and cannot be upgraded. Key Passives grant a great Passive effect that affects the entire Build of the Character.

If it did, I imagine it would be capped at [30-40]% like how the Aspect of Serration affects Critical Strike Damage for Bone Skill.
Question. I got a legendary amulet with this on it. Would it stack with the key passive from the skill tree?
