Outlaw Sharpshooter is a Boss in Diablo 4. Outlaw Sharpshooter is located at Mournfield and Renegade's Retreat. Outlaw Sharpshooter a powerful bandit that fights at a distance with a crossbow. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

Diablo 4 Outlaw Sharpshooter Strategy Writeup
Outlaw Sharpshooter will aim to overload your visual acuity with all his traps and attacks. He only has three different attacks, however, so as long as you are aware of all of them, you can best this bandit. When his health bar gets low enough, he'll begin to ramp up the frequency of his attacks, making for a bit of an obstacle course for you. This means he'll do his smoke attack pattern more often, which means more smoke, which means more empowered bullets firing from them.
He doesn't have anything to travel a great distance aside from his disappearing act, and no way to shield himself from damage, so lay on the hurt anytime you can, while making sure to dodge the arrows coming your way. Tankier and more elusive characters can feel free to take hits from his normal arrows and scattershots to extend the window in which you can damage him.
Once Outlaw Sharpshooter has been defeated, he will drop Gold and up to 1-2 Rare gear items, or 1-2 Magic gear items.
