Primary Puncture is an Upgrade Rogue Skill in Diablo 4. Primary Puncture allows Rogues to upgrade Enhanced Puncture. This upgrade throws 3 blades in a spread, dealing damage. Any enemy hit by at least two blades, becomes Vulnerable for a few seconds. By selecting this upgrade, Rogues are unable to select Fundamental Puncture.
Primary Puncture Diablo 4 Information
Primary Puncture belongs to the Rogue class Skill Tree, and is part of the Basic Cluster.
It is an improved version of Enhanced Puncture. Enhanced Rogue Skills, apply to the base Active skills, and Upgraded Rogue Skills, require players to have the enhanced version in order to be acquired. It is important to note that players may choose one of the two available upgrades per skill, but it is not possible to select both of them. Once one is chosen, the other becomes impossible to select.

- Every 3rd cast of Puncture will also ricochet up to 2 times. Critical Strikes will always ricochet.
