Poison DamageRabies is a Druid Skill in Diablo 4. Rabies allows Druids to transform into a Werewolf and deliver an infectious bite to the target, dealing damage and applying additional Poisoning damage over 6 seconds. Infected enemies can spread Rabies to other nearby targets.
NOTE: Base Poisoning damage increased from 53% to 76% in Patch 1.0.3

Rabies belongs to the Druid class Skill Tree, and is part of the Wrath Cluster.
Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.
Active Skills are represented by big square icons in the Skill Tree menu.
Rabies Effects in Diablo 4
Rabies can be upgraded up to Rank 5, by spending more skill points. Upgrading Rabies will further increase its benefits depending on its rank:
Rank 1:

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Rabies
You can Enhance Rabies to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Rabies: Rabies' Poisoning damage also increases over the lifetime of the disease, dealing 60% [x] bonus damage at max duration.
After enhancing Rabies, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Natural Rabies: Rabies spreads 100% faster.
- Savage Rabies: Rabies deals its total Poisoning damage in 4 seconds instead of 6.
