Slither is a Boss in Diablo 4. Slither is located at Witchwater, and Forgotten Ruins. Slither is a large grotesque creature with a human upper body and the lower body of a short snake. It has a pair of arms and three cobra heads. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

Diablo 4 Slither Strategy Writeup
Slither has a slightly more complicated attack pattern than other Bosses, but still a small move pool. Avoid the beams that the floating eyes will shoot out, and dispatch the small snakes that spawn from the pool. While this is happening, you should be dishing out some damage on the boss anyway so simply include them in your target area as they come for you. The same goes for the larger Nangari Viletooth it will summon, as it also only does melee attacks.
When Slither heaves back for its Poison Beam, it will be immobile and will shoot the beam where it's indicated no matter what, so avoid the indicator and then deal out your strongest damage while it is unable to counter. At lower health, it will increase the frequency of its attacks, which means more eyes, pools, and snakes to watch out for.
Once Slither has been defeated, He will drop Gold and up to 1-2 Rare gear items.

- Slither is the Boss at the end of the Dungeons called Witchwater and Forgotten Ruins. By completing these Dungeons, players get to earn the Legendary Aspects: Prodigy's Aspect and Iron Blood Aspect, respectively.
