Tainted Flesh is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Tainted Flesh can be found at Hawezar. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Tainted Flesh Walkthrough

Taissa has sent Lorath and Neyrelle deep into the marshes to look for someone named Timue. Hopefully, she can help us break Elias' immortality. Meet back up with Lorath and Neyrelle at Blightmarsh in Hawezar. You'll find them right at the center of the quest area. Speak to Lorath and your allies will start following you.

While you search for Timue in the next quest area, you will encounter Arachnid Horrors, Nangari Oracles, Nangari Spitters, and Toxic Lurkers. If you'd like to sidetrack a little, an Altar of Lilith can be found in the north-northeast part of the quest area. To progress, however, head to the southeast section of the quest area, where you'll find a path to Timue's Hovel. Open the door, and head in to speak to Timue.

Though at first she's reluctant to send young Neyrelle out searching for demons, she eventually informs the group about the Tree of Whispers. She points you towards the town of Yngovani, then the quest ends. You will get some XP and Gold as a reward, and Wrack & Ruin will begin after.

      It's in the East. Whoever wrote this has no idea what SE means. Pretty much straight Easternmost part of the yellow circle and there is a small northern slot with a hut at the end. Be off your horse.
