The Starving Strand is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. The Starving Strand can be found at Wailing Hills, Scosglen. This side quest gives players the opportunity to help a hungry family. Players will need to send a bag of food to Baltair's family. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on your level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.

The Starving Strand Walkthrough
After activating the quest and speaking to Baltair, you will be given your objective. You will need to take the Bag of Foodstuffs to Tadhg. He will be at The Strandflats.
When you find Tadhg and interact with him. Two dialogue options will appear. Choose "Baltiar asked me to give this to you." This will complete the objective and will complete the quest. You will earn additional XP and gold.
