Unyielding Flesh is a Side Quest in Diablo 4. Unyielding Flesh can be found at Yelesna. Side Quests are optional missions that players can complete in order to obtain different rewards. Players are usually rewarded XP, and Gold depending on your level. Completing Side Quests in a specific region will also add to the Region Renown. Side Quests can be acquired by encountering various events or interacting with different NPCs.

Unyielding Flesh Walkthrough
- Speak to Krystyna in Yelesna
Speak to Krystyna in Yelesna and tell her she looks troubled. The quest will be activated after the dialogue.
- Help Krystyna find her husband Feodor
Track the quest and your search area will be encircled in blue on the map just east of your current location. You will find Feodor in the center of the search area. Look out for a torch and a man tied up between two posts. Once you locate him, your quest objective will update.
- Confront the mysterious woman
Your new objective location will shrink and shift further west. Enter the objective location to locate the mysterious woman. Loot the area around her and when you are ready, approach her and wait for her dialogue to complete. This will progress you to the next objective
- Slay Yulia the Hellbound
The woman will turn into Yulia the Hellbound and you will now need to defeat her to complete this objective.
- Return to Krystyna
Once she is cleared return to where Feodor is to find Krystyna. She will ask you to take the dagger from Feodor's chest as a reward.
- Claim the Fine Dagger
Interact with the body to wrench the dagger free. This will complete the quest.
