Utulku, the Voice Below is a Boss in Diablo 4. Utulku, the Voice Below is located at The Ruins of Qara-Yisu.Utulku, the Voice Below is a powerful and demonic fallen shaman that has learned the dark arts. It awaits players at the end of The Ruins of Qara-Yisu. Bosses are special Enemies that can be defeated to complete Quests, progress through the game, and to acquire special Equipment. However, there are Bosses not-related to the main quests and can be found as a side activity or even roaming the world.

Utulku, the Voice Below is a Shaman-type boss whose most prominent move is summoning a bolt of red lightning to strike the ground, leaving an electrified pool that lingers at the point of impact for a brief moment. At the beginning of the fight, Utulku will only summon one bolt each time, but as his health gets lower, he will begin summoning multiple bolts of red lightning at once, with up to 5 bolts when his health is below 50%. While they are easy enough to avoid, Utulku has a tendency to summon the bolts right where he is standing, which can make it difficult for melee-focused players to get hits in. Simply time your attacks between each bolt summoning to get some damage in.
Utulku will also periodically fire three red lightning projectiles that fan outwards from him. Additionally, you will also be assaulted by Cursed Qara-Yisuni throughout the fight. Just like most boss fights with adds, try to reduce their numbers from time to time to avoid getting overwhelmed.
Once the Utulku is defeated, make your way to the southwest of his arena to find the Wanderer's Shrine. Interact with it to conquer The Ruins of Qara-Yisu.
Once Utulku has been defeated, he will drop Gold and up to 2-3 Rare gear items, and 1-3 Magic gear items.

| Lightning Strike: Utulku summons red lightning to strike the ground, beneath and around him. It will start off with one only then gradually increasing as his health gets lower. | As he is in the affected area of the lightning bolt, players can clear the area as he will also summon cursed Qara-Yisuni to attack you.
