Weapon Affixes | Diablo 4 Wiki

Weapon Affixes in Diablo 4 refer to modifiers that are added to certain Items, in order to provide your Weapons with bonus attributes, such as increased damage, critical hit chance or resistance to certain types of damage. Affixes can be found in random items dropped by enemies or purchased from merchants. Players can use crafting systems to add or modify Affixes on their items.
