Wrathful Osgar Reede is a Super Unique Monster in Diablo 4. Wrathful Osgar Reede can be found at Camio's Landing, Fractured Peaks. Super Unique Monsters are powerful Enemies that players may found roaming each region. This powered-up enemies provide a tough challenge to players, and are often higher level than the player is, but, on the other hand, they are great enemies to farm for Legendary items. Note that Super Unique Monsters have Class specific drops.

- Map location is a bit off, its actually East a little bit. It is right under Nostrava, the flat area direct bove Oleg's Hideout cellar.

Wrathful Osgar Raede is spawn, but location shown is wrong. Correct location is right below Nostrava waypoint. Look for glowy spark on your minimap for precise location when you're close.

I dont think that this elite is spawning right now it seems bugged.
yep south of nostrava spawns like the other elites :)
