Revenge is a Malignant Heart in Diablo 4. Revenge is a Blue Brutal Malignant Heart, which grants Defensive Power bonuses to a player's character. Malignant Hearts are placed into Malignant Sockets which are randomly found in Jewelry found in the duration of the Season of the Malignant, within the Seasonal Realm. When acquired, Malignant Hearts automatically scale to the character's level, which informs the multipliers and boosts that are granted by the bonus that each can bring about once slotted into a Malignant Slot.
