Poison DamagePoison Creeper is a Druid Skill in Diablo 4. Poison Creeper Passive: A vine creeper periodically emerges from the ground, applying Poisoning damage over time to an enemy.
Active: Vines strangle surrounding enemies, Immobilizing them briefly and poisoning them for damage over time.

Poison Creeper belongs to the Druid class Skill Tree, and is part of the Companion Cluster.
Active Skills can be ranked up to Rank 5. Players can also Enhance and then Upgrade the skill to add new features to its effects.

Diablo 4 Enhance & Upgrade for Poison Creeper
You can Enhance Poison Creeper to add the following effects:
- Enhanced Poison Creeper: Poison Creeper's Immobilize duration is increased by 1 second.
After enhancing Poison Creeper, you may also Upgrade it, to get the following effects depending on the upgrade you selected. You may only choose 1 of these:
- Ferocious Poison Creeper: Poison Creeper's active poison duration is increased by 3 seconds.
- Brutal Poison Creeper: Your Critically Strike Chance is increased by 20% [+] against enemies strangled by Poison Creeper.
