Derelict Lodge is a Dungeon in Diablo 4. Derelict Lodge is a dungeon that tasks you with finding the Bloodstained Key and tasks you with defeating the Spiritcaller of Frost as its final boss. Derelict Lodge can be found at Fractured Peaks.

How to complete Derelict Lodge in Diablo 4
Derelict Lodge can be completed by doing:
- Search the Slain Villagers for the Bloodstained Key.
- Use the Bloodstained Key to open the Door
- Travel to the Acolytes' Quarters
- Slay the Enforcers: 2
- Travel to the Frigid Workshop.
- Defeat the Spiritcaller of Frost.

Diablo 4 Derelict Lodge Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, go through the first door and make your way down southwest, you will encounter different enemies here. Then go down southeast and stick to the left side and follow the white marker on the map. A slain corpse can be seen on the ground, loot the body to recover the Bloodstained Key. Once you retrieve the Bloodstained Key, you can now backtrack and head to the large wooden door in the middle. Go through the door and head down the stairs to enter the Acolyte's Quarters. Continue following the path as you take down multiple enemies in your way. Continue heading northwest, then head northeast at the corner. Enter the large door there, don't forget to use the Healing Well on the right side before you enter the next area.
Once you go through the door, head down the hallway and you'll encounter the boss Spiritcaller of Frost. This boss will have multiple companions to ally him during the battle. His basic ability is shooting three ice projectiles that spreads out. Sometimes the other enemies you've defeated will explode, dealing Cold damage. It can also summon stakes in the area that has a blue AoE indicator around it, if he happens to shoot a projectile to one of the stakes, the ice projectiles can multiply and bounce of each other. The best way to take out this boss is stay close, circle around him while dealing damage and constantly look out for his projectiles, especially if he's already summoned multiple stakes around the area, as it can be tricky to dodge multiple projectiles coming in all directions.

Derelict Lodge Notes & Tips
- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has its own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
