Hive can be completed by doing:
- Collect Animus from Animus Carriers.
- Survive the enemy attack.
- Travel to the Webbed Den
- Defeat the Broodguard

Diablo 4 Hive Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself in the Swarm Bed. Your first task would be to collect Animus from Animus Carriers. Continue following the main path and you'll eventually encounter enemies labeled with "Animus Carrier", you can also identify them as they are marked with the skull icon on your map. This dungeon is teeming with spiders, so it's not much of a hassle to take them down, but be careful with getting cornered as they can quickly wear you down if they come at you as a group. Once you've collected enough Animus, deposit them to the Animus Urn to dispel the barrier that's blocking your path.
Now proceed to the next area and along the way, you'll find yourself in a room with mobs of spiders, you will have to survive waves of enemies until the timer runs out to dispel another barrier that's blocking your path. Now make your way to the Webbed Den where you'll face off against the dungeon boss, Broodguard. Before facing the boss, make sure to recover some HP if needed by interacting with the Healing Well beside the entrance.
The Broodguard has a variety of different attacks but most can be easily dodged. You need to look out for its web sprays, where the Broodguard heaves forward and shoots out small clusters of web on the ground, if you happen to touch these webs, you will become immobilized for a few seconds. The Broodguard will stay immobile during this attack, so it's best to strike while they're vulnerable. It also has an attack where the Broodguard starts biting while spitting out three poisonous projectiles. At some point during the fight, the Broodguard will also summon Spider Hosts to aid them in battle. It is recommended that you make quick work of the other enemies in the area to not get overwhelmed with multiple attacks from both the boss and the spawns. Once you've defeated the Broodguard, the dungeon is completed.

- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has their own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
