Haunted Refuge is a Dungeon in Diablo 4. Haunted Refuge is an old decayed church that has been flooded, both by water and by monsters. It has no final boss . Haunted Refuge can be found at Hawezar.

How to complete Haunted Refuge in Diablo 4
Haunted Refuge can be completed by doing:
- Return the Stone Carving to the Pedestal: 2
- Travel to the Befouled Quagmire.
- Slay all enemies in the Befouled Quagmire.
- Slay the Festering Shambler

Diablo 4 Haunted Refuge Walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Sunken Den. Head south and continue following the main path. You'll encounter a variety of enemies along the way, such as Swamp Walkers, Putrid Wasps, and Putrid Remains. You are first tasked with finding two Stone Carvings and returning them to the Pedestal. Note that you can only carry one Stone Carving at a time and you need to return it to the pedestal before carrying the other one. Both stone carvings are placed at different locations in the southeast corner of the map. Once you've returned both of them to the pedestal, the mist barrier will be dispelled and you can proceed to the next area.
Once you proceed, you'll have to destroy the Skeletal Construct in front of you, it will be guarded by mobs of Vengeful Spirits so be wary of them. Once you've destroyed the construct and cleared the enemies, make your way to the Befouled Quagmire. Continue following the path ahead and you'll eventually reach the area. Now you are tasked with slaying all the enemies in the Befouled Quagmire. Pay attention to your mini-map and look for the red dots to determine the enemies' location. After you've killed a certain amount of enemies, a number will appear beside the current objective with how many enemies left you need to kill. Once you've cleared the area, the Festering Shambler will appear. You need to slay the Festering Shambler, this monster is considered an elite enemy, so it shouldn't be too hard for you to take care of. Once you've slain the Festering Shambler, the dungeon is completed.

- Dungeons are instanced domains that offer a sanctuary for brave adventurers. They are thematically related to the region in which they are found, but their layout is randomized. Each Dungeon has their own Boss as well as a related Legendary Aspect that they reward, once completed. Players are also awarded 30 Renown points by completing a dungeon.
