Judgement of the Swamp is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Judgement of the Swamp can be found at Hawezar. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Judgement of the Swamp Walkthrough
At the end of Cold Blood, you managed to successfully acquire the incense needed to find the Tree of Whispers. Head northeast to meet up with Lorath and Neyrelle at the Misshapen Labyrinth. Speak to them, then follow them up to the Bloodstained Altar. Clear out the Nangari Longfangs, Nangari Oracles and Nangari Spitters at the site to continue.
Interact with the Healing Well nearby if you need to stock up on Health Potions, then light the incense on the altar when you're ready. A short cutscene will play, showing the three of you drifting in and out of sleep, after which it will end with Neyrelle waking you up. The quest will end here, granting you some XP and Gold, and the next quest, The Serpentine Path, will begin immediately after.
