Secrets of the Zakarum is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Secrets of the Zakarum can be found at Ruins of Rakhat Keep Inner Court. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Secrets of the Zakarum Walkthrough
Donan has asked for your help attuning the soulstone to Mephisto's essence. Make your way to Ruins of Rakhat Keep Inner Court [Diablo 4 Link] and activate the waypoint upon arriving at the location. Proceed to the campsite where Donan is stationed at speak to him to progress the quest.
After talking to Donan, your next task is to find a way into the Zakarum Keep. Head northwest within the encircled section of the mini-map until you reach a damaged wall, climb to the top, and work your way around it heading southeast until you reach the Gate Winch. Raise the portcullis to progress the quest and then speak to Donan.
Next, follow him into the main gate of the keep and talk to him again so that he can open it. This completes the quest and rewards the player with Gold and XP.
