Poison Support is a Rare Tuning Stone in Diablo 4. Poison Support allows the supported skill to deal half of its damage as poison damage. Tuning Stones are Season of the Construct exclusive items that, once equipped to the Seneschal Construct, add modifiers to the already equipped Governing Stone. Players can equip up to 3 Tuning Stones per Governing Stone equipped.

Poison Support can be upgraded up to Rank 10, by collecting, or crafting, duplicates of the same stones and fusing them to grant experience and level them up. Upgrading Poison Support will further increase its benefits depending on its rank.
