This is unlockable at level 30 and will allow Rogues to use their Ultimate skills more frequently, the more they spend Energy, and even resets the cooldown of all the other skills each time they cast an Ultimate. Word of Hakan can randomly be obtained by defeating Enemies, opening Chests, or breaking objects in the game world. The game uses a randomized loot system, meaning the items that drop are randomly generated based on several factors.
