Ghoul is an Enemy in Diablo 4. Ghoul can be found at Loch Raeth Highlands. Enemies are hostile NPCs that players can defeat to obtain loot, gain experience, advance through the history and complete Quests.

Enemy Description

• Ghouls are pale humanoids that lurk after human flesh. They are weak enemies that can be found in both small and large groups.

Combat Information

• Ghouls will not gain aggro until the players are close enough. They are rather weak so AoE spells can dispatch even large groups in one hit.
