Masochistic is a Snake Spirit Boon in Diablo 4. Masochistic allows Druids to heal themselves for a small amount when they land critical strikes with Shapeshifting skills. Note that The snake has no trust in humans, therefore all Boons are hidden. You must give 100 Offerings at once to unlock its boons. Spirit Boons are the unique Class Mechanic of the Druid, and require completing a Priority Quest called Spirits of the Lost Grove, that becomes available once Druids reach level 15. Players need to make offerings to Spirit Animals (Deer, Eagle, Snake, and Wolf). These offerings start dropping randomly from defeated Enemies once Druids reach level 15.
NOTE: Masochistic now also requires a Lucky Hit chance of 75% in Patch 1.1.0a

How to unlock Masochistic in Diablo 4
In order to be able to unlock Masochistic, players have to complete a few steps.
- Reach Level 15 as a Druid.
- Complete Spirits of the Lost Grove.
- Spend 75 Druidic Spirit Offerings at the Snake Spirit
