Marshal is a Barbarian Rare Glyph in Diablo 4. Marshal provides bonuses to all Magic nodes within range and reduces the active Cooldown of other Shout Skills after casting a Shout Skill.

 

Diablo 4 Marshal Glyph Bonuses

Diablo 4 Glyphs can be added into a Paragon Board and placed in a Glyph Socket once your character unlocked it. When placed in a socket, Glyphs grant additional boosts to the surrounding Paragon Nodes. 

  • Marshal is a Rare Paragon Glyph that can be equipped by the Barbarian class.
  • At level 1 the Marshal Glyph provides the following Bonus:
    • Grants +25.0% bonus to all Magic nodes within range
  • Reaching 40 Strength on allocated Paragon Nodes within its radius provides the following Additional Bonus
    • After casting a Shout Skill, the active Cooldown of every other Shout Skill is reduced by 1.2 seconds

 

Diablo 4 Marshal Glyph Upgrades

Diablo 4 Marshal Glyph can be further strengthened by venturing into Nightmare Dungeons and leveling it up. As a Paragon Glyph is upgraded, its radius of effect expands, enabling it to have a greater impact on a larger number of active tiles found on the Paragon Board

      I use a shout barbarian build and ran this for awhile because that's what some builds say online. But it's just not that noticeable. If it reduced the shouts cooldown by say 3s it would be more viable. I'd rather slot a glyph for more damage.
