Arcane Tremor is a Seasonal Event in Diablo 4. Arcane Tremor was introduced during the Season of the Construct. Arcane Tremors are a new kind of event that players can find in the overworld map after reaching the Seneschal Construct in this season questline. Seasonal Events are special, optional Quests, that players can partake in to experience new challenges, special content, and objectives and gain rare rewards. Seasonal Events are additional content introduced during different Seasons in addition to the Season Journey objectives. Diablo 4 NEW Arcane Tremor Event

Arcane Tremor Mechanics Diablo 4
When the player has achieved the required prerequisites inside the game, these events will start to pop in the map. Although they have a fixed area they will reset after a certain amount of time, making them ideal places for farming Items.
To complete this event the player will have to activate a number of obelisks scattered throughout the designated area of the event. Obelisks are usually surrounded by a trap, so click them in time to avoid getting damaged, and they will drop Shattered Stones and Elemental Cores. With this Elemental Cores you can then activate a brazier that will also spawn in the area, be aware that activation entails the summoning of many mobs and eventually a Herald of Malphas acting as a sort of miniboss to the fight.
Killing monsters and constructs this way will net you Shattered Stones, Pearl of Warding, Governing Stones and Tuning Stones besides regular loot. The herald will always have a higher drop rate for the stones.
- Many players have found out, given that you can repeat the activation of the brazier, that this works as an excellent farming location for leveling up.

Types of Obelisks
Voltaic Obelisks
This type of obelisk feature a damaging field of energy that will pulse with power following a timed delay, you should note the cadence of the activation and approach to activate it when its inert. 
Gelid Obelisks
This kind of obelisk features a sectioned blast of frost damage that follows a geometrical pattern, with each pulse of energy certain parts around it will be safe to be stepped on and activate the artifact.
Igneous Obelisks
Obelisks of the igneous kind shoot multiple flaming projectiles periodically, you can either move in when its not shooting or avoid the projectiles altogether to activate it.
Diablo 4: Arcane Tremor Seasonal Materials and Currency
During the Arcane Tremor event, there will be new materials and currency for players to collect and exchange to obtain time-limited rewards. Governing Stones allow players to customize the build of their Seneschal Construct, the newest companion available during Season 3 in Diablo 4. These will also determine the type of attack your companion will do in battle to complement various Diablo 4 Builds. There are 12 Governing Stones available in Diablo 4 that can be collected throughout Season 3. They work hand-in-hand with Tuning Stones which will augment the attack further, and allow the Seneschal Construct to provide additional buffs and effects.
